Dear friends,

Hello to you all and Happy March!

Can you believe it's already spring time? Well I say "spring time" but based on the weather here in Maastricht this morning (really heavy rain, grey skies and rather windy), I fear we may have jumped ahead to autumn!

What a week I have had...

I totally forgot to do my post (again) on Tuesday and then I got confused with my days of the week. I woke up this morning thinking it was Wednesday (dearie me...). I blame the rain!

I usually go outside for a morning snuffle first thing (once I've woken one or both of the humans) but this morning, I gave it a miss. Just too much precipitation (my new word) for little tubbies today. I poked my nose and one paw out the back door, thought about it for a few seconds, and then retreated indoors to enjoy some radiator stretchy time!

In terms of the week that's just been, well not much to share really.

Although I enjoyed lots of sunshine snoozies in the balmy weather, there were also some dark clouds on the horizon... Firstly Damien (vacuum cleaner) made an appearance for a good hour last Saturday (I hate that guy!). He's just so noisy (whiny even) and goes all over the floor and under the beds and on the sofas - all places where I roam. I usually hide-out in another room (or on another floor) when he's about and I return to the sanctuary of the living room only when I'm certain he's gone!

And secondly, my humans decided to try out a new brand of kibble for me. What were they thinking?! I made it very clear that Royal Canin (I like the Aroma and Savour range...) is the only one for me. Luckily they got the (strong) hint quite quickly that I was not impressed and they made a hasty visit to the nearby Pet Shop to stock up on some RC!

My human also took some photos of me this week... I'm "funny" about photos, I really have to be "in the mood" but it wasn't too bad (and I always get kitty treats afterwards - sometimes even during! - a photo shoot :)

My human told me she ordered a new mouse this week. Very exciting news, I thought.. a little toy for Tubby (I was thinking up names and everything!). But it turned out to be some boring computer mouse (a metallic grey coloured thing) so I was hugely disappointed.

But now another weekend is on the way.. it's already Friday tomorrow which is very cool. I like Fridays (Friyays) but not as much as I love Caturdays! And I hear that the sun may have returned by then so that's indeed something extra to look forward to (sunshine snoozies, here I come!)
