Hello dear friends, and happy Thursday (or Fursday as I like to call it ;)

Hope you've had a good week...

Mine has been quite OK and was helped by the fact that the sun returned to Maastricht. It's not heat-wave weather or anything but I have certainly been having plenty of "sunshine snoozies" over the past few days - both indoors and on the patio (or Catio, I should say!).

My humans have also been outside doing a little "re-vamp" of our little garden area... it all looks very nice, I must say.

Some old furniture was removed and some existing furniture was put in a different spot.

The "herb garden" (a tall wooden thing) was moved to a new location and all the plants got a little refresh (dead stuff cut away etc.) plus some new plants (Geraniums and a Lavender bush) were introduced.

It's all very lovely and my humans were very happy with their efforts. I helped too, mind! I inspected all pots and flower boxes and snuffled about in the fresh earth. It was a fun day :)

I also received a new basket this week... I had this big cushion you see (which was perfect for making biscuits!) and it is now housed in the new basket (making it all extra cozy!).

I must thank my fairy Godmother (Tiny) for the basket (she is in the middle of moving house and needs to donate some of her stuff to happy recipients - like me!).

I also received a new Cat Grass this week so all-in-all, it's been a good time for little tubbies.

And what of the coming days and this weekend?

Well my human is off today so I've been asked if we can do a little photo shoot. Sigh, the things a cat has to do! But I don't mind.. I will wear my bow-tie and cat bandana and do some cute poses (this won't be difficult of course, as I'm sure you will understand ;)

She also needs to practice piano today (she is learning a piece by Bach) which is nice as I get to sit on the cushion that lives on top of the piano and allow her to serenade me (though of course this all depends how nicely she plays... ;)

On a less positive note however, I've also heard that it will be house-cleaning day so I fear that Damien (AKA the vacuum cleaner) will be making an appearance... Boo!

Looking ahead to the weekend and it seems a few quiet days are in the planning.. there is talk of a possible BBQ (if the weather cooperates) on Saturday and of course there is the F1 (in Italy this time) on Sunday. Vroom, Vroom people!

Well dear friends, time for me to crack-on with my day.. first-up, a little snooze on the radiator...
