Hello dear friends, and happy Wednesday!

(erm... it is Wednesday right?! I am starting to lose track of the days ;)

Hope you have been having a good week... all is well here, pretty much the same ol' same ol'...

The most exciting thing is I have a new blog! Well, it’s my old (current) blog really but it’s now laid out in one of those linktr.ee format things on my Instagram account. It keeps everything looking a little more neat & tidy, and also makes it a little easier for viewing the content on one’s phone. I am happy with the result – my human did good!

It’s hard to believe it’s already getting on for the end of April but next week should be a good time... On April 27, it’s King's Day here in the Netherlands so we all have a day off. Hurrah!

Then on April 28, the terraces will be in action again from 12:00-18:00 (I am sending my humans out to lunch so I can (finally) have the house to myself for a few hours!), the curfew will be lifted and non-essential shops will open again… so that’s all positive news.

And then on April 30, it will be my birthday – oh yes dear friends, I am turning 11!

I can’t believe I am already this old... it seems like only yesterday that I was a kitten and meeting my humans at the shelter.

Not sure what the B-Day plans will be but I have spotted some gifties being squirreled away and I understand that some special treats and foodie stuffs have been ordered... so it’s all looking pretty good!

So as you can see, it’ll be a fun and busy week ahead so that's why I’m going to take things easy for the coming days... I have been catching up on some snooze time (nothing new there), playing with my new cat toy (it's a little fish) and getting outside in our little garden when the sun's been out...

And tonight will be the highlight of my week as my favourite TV programme is on BBC One... The Great British Sewing Bee. I just love it!!
