Ho-Ho-Ho dear friends!

Can you believe that it is already December 22nd... and just three more sleeps until Christmas Day!

We are all set for the festivities in Casa del Little Tubbs... it will certainly be a rather different Christmas to other years but we have Christmas lights and carols and presents... so I'm sure it will all be lovely.

As you can see, I am sporting my festive bandana in order to get into the Christmas groove. It's reversible so I can go tartan (I really must check if I have Scottish roots) or opt for a a red flower design (pictured).

I have been listening to quite a lot of Christmas songs this past week... My current favourites include "Have yourself a furry little Christmas", "Santa Claws is coming to town" and "Walking in a Whisker Wonderland" !!!

As mentioned last week, I was feeling a bit under the weather but I am fully back to my usual self again... my humans are very happy. Poor things were quite worried about me.

My human was at the hospital yesterday however - she had to have some moles removed by the plastic surgeon and she got stitches and everything! I am giving her lots of extra snuggles... She gets the stitches out next week and hopefully all will be OK and the scars will be small.

I watched the final of Strictly Come Dancing on the BBC on Saturday night... it was a really good show. I was so happy that my favourites, Bill & Oti won! I think they deserved it and they also performed so well on the night.

I am now waiting for the Great British Sewing Bee Christmas Special on Christmas Day! I love that show...

And what goes great with good TV?

Well Mince Pies, of course! Earlier this week, my human made some of these festive fancies using her Auntie B's recipe.

It was rather tense for a time as she had never made homemade Mince Pies before(!) but it all worked out perfectly and the little pies looked - and tasted - very nice (plus the whole kitchen smelled like Christmas :)

Here I am giving the pies a good inspection.. quality control, naturally!

Well dear friends, that's about it for this week...

I'll be doing another blog post before the end of 2020 but for now, wishing you all happy holidays ~ I hope they will be safe and peaceful.
