Hello dear friends, and happy Whiskers Wednesday!

I hope all is well and that you have been having a good week.

Sorry I’m a day late with my post but I had some connectivity issues with my human’s Chromebook yesterday... thankfully all is well again today.

Not much to share from my side but things are quite OK.

The weather has gone from good to better and we have been having 20°C temperatures here in Maastricht since last weekend. Needless to say I’ve been snoozing a lot in the sun (both indoors and on the patio) and practicing my squinting skills!

My humans have also been busy with some BBQ activities. I was a bit afraid of the flame but I was happy to try a bit of the fish and meat that came off the grill!

My humans also had some toasted marshmallows as dessert. Very odd things, marshmallows...

I gave them a good sniff - I always like to smell all foodstuffs in case it might be something tasty - but in this case, I wasn’t all that interested in trying a bite.

In other news, we got some new sofa cushions from IKEA. I think we have had every colour at this stage (white, black, beige, dark grey, green…). Well now we have sort of white-grey colour – it’s very nice actually and makes the living room seem “lighter”. We also got the coolest new blankie to match (it also makes a great cave/snuggle option for me :)

My humans also bought a new Cafetière the other day... it's quite fancy and a sort of silver thing. It makes two cups of coffee and now seems to be part of the morning routine.

Speaking of routine, it seems there was a bit of good news during the latest Dutch Press Conference about Covid-19... Hairdressers, Beauticians, Chiropractors and so on can open again as of March 3rd. Good news for all concerned... and my human is also very happy! She has already booked a hair appointment, an acupuncture session, a visit to the chiropractor and a facial. Seems it’s going to be busy in March...

For now though, it’s time for me to continue with my (very important) snoozing activities and to continue dreaming about kitty treats, cat-nip and a world without vacuum cleaners!
