Hello dear friends,
Greetings from a rather grey and rainy Maastricht!
I hope you have all had a good week..
My week was pretty quiet but I did have a rather busy weekend. Last Caturday (I do love Caturday!) also happened to be Hallowe'en... and yes, I did dress up :)
As you can see, I was sporting my special Hallowe'en cat tie... It's extra long and rather spooktacular, don't you think?!
I tried a few scare-tactics on my humans during the day like sneaking up on them and staring into space as if I were seeing a ghost ~ they were not amused.. boo!
I also helped them to make a Jack O' Lantern (when I say helped, I mean that I offered some supportive meows ;)
Once they had finished with the carving, they toasted the seeds and roasted the pumpkin "pulp"... no waste here.
But I didn´t like the smell of the pumpkin so I just had a liquid snack (very tasty!) instead.
Caturday was also Super Saturday in the world of Six Nations Rugby so I joined my human watching no less than three games on TV. It was tough going at one point ~ there is only so much scrumming a kitty can handle!
But it was still fun and England were the deserving winners of the tournament in the end.
And on Sunday, it was Formula One... this time the race was at a track in Imola (Italy) and I was happy because Honey Badger (aka Daniel Ricciardo) had a podium finish! He is such a nice guy and he even did the "shoe thing" with the champagne again :)
So all-in-all, it was a mix of "sport and spooky" this weekend... no wonder I was so tired when Monday came around. I think I may need a few days to rest-up so I am fully refreshed for this coming Caturday!
Wishing you all a pawesome week ahead :) Love, LT x
